Our company fully shares your concerns regarding your personal data. Recently, we have made a series of changes that reflect the increased requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (known as "GDPR"). Our goal is to be as honest and transparent as possible regarding the personal data we collect and how we process it.

Account Creation
When users wish to create an account on our online store, they are required to fill out a form with their full name and email address. Additionally, users choose a personal, unique password to log into their account.

Product Orders
Users who have created an account on our Company's online store can make purchases online. To order a product, users must fill out a form with billing, shipping, and payment details.

Our Company also provides the option for users who have not created an account to make purchases. In such cases, users provide their full name, contact details, billing, shipping, and payment information via a dedicated form.

Wish List
On our Website, you can add your favorite products to a “Wish List.” This feature is available to both registered users and visitors through the use of cookies.

Social Plugins
Our Company's website uses Social Plugins. Through these plugins, our Company can only access publicly shared information on the respective platforms. The use of these plugins is governed by the Privacy Policy of each platform.

If you wish to contact us for any reason, you will need to fill out a form with your name, email, phone number, and message.  
Note that you can also contact us by phone, using the number listed on our website.

Newsletter
Users who wish to be informed about our Company’s news and offers can subscribe to our newsletter by providing us with their email address.

II. Legal Bases for Processing
Our Company collects and processes your data in order to fulfill our contractual relationship, i.e., to deliver products to you or take actions upon your request.

For commercial communications and sending the Newsletter, the legal basis for processing is your consent.

In some cases, we collect or process your personal data in response to a legal obligation.

III. How long we retain your personal data
We retain your personal data for as long as is required based on the purpose for which it was collected unless otherwise specified by law.

If the retention of your data does not fulfill a clearly defined and lawful purpose, we proceed to safely delete and/or destroy your personal data according to our Company’s "Data Retention and Deletion Policy."

IV. To whom we disclose and/or transfer your personal data
Our Company discloses your personal data:

The General Data Protection Regulation provides a series of rights and options that we are committed to fulfilling. Thus, you can ask us:

1. To inform you about the data we hold about you and how we process it. If you wish, we will also provide you with a copy free of charge. (*Right of Access*)
2. To correct inaccuracies or errors, fill in gaps, or update your data. (*Right to Rectification*)
3. To delete data, provided that we do not retain it for any specific, legal, and declared purpose. (*Right to Erasure / Right to be Forgotten*)
4. To suspend the processing a) while disputing the accuracy of the data, b) if you consider the processing illegal (but do not wish for deletion), c) when the data is not necessary for the processing purpose, and d) while it is disputed whether our reasons for processing your data outweigh your reasons for permanently ceasing such processing.
5. To object at any time for reasons concerning you, to the processing of personal data we carry out, especially for direct marketing purposes or profiling. This objection may also concern our compliance with a decision taken through automated means. In this latter case, you may ask us to intervene. 6. To provide your data in a specific format (usually machine-readable) or transfer it directly to another controller upon your request, provided this is technically feasible and always under the conditions stipulated by law. (*Right to Data Portability*)
7. To stop processing your data henceforth by allowing you to freely withdraw the consent you have given us.

Our Company will fulfill all your requests within one (1) month. In very rare cases, where fulfilling your rights is almost impossible for us, we will notify you immediately, explaining the reasons for our inability.

If you believe that the current Legal Framework for the protection of your Personal Data is being violated, you have the right to file a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
