Withdrawal / Return - Replacement of Products
You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement:
a) In all cases where, through the proven fault of www.vivahellas.com, incorrect products or products of poor and defective quality were sold (e.g., an error in order processing, pricing, shipping, damaged during transport, poor packaging).
b) In all cases where a proven problem or defect was found in the product.
c) If you change your mind within 14 calendar days. The return must be in the original packaging and unused.
In all these cases, the customer has the option either not to accept the product initially or, after accepting it, to return it within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery, after promptly contacting the website www.vivahellas.com, explaining the problem, and reaching an agreement for the return.
In all cases, products must be returned in excellent condition, as they were received by the customer, complete, undamaged, with the product's packaging intact as originally provided.
In this case, you are only responsible for the direct cost of returning the products. If the defective products are not returned within 20 calendar days, then www.vivahellas.com reserves the right to refuse any return or replacement. It is recommended that you contact the online store www.vivahellas.com before any return.
Order Cancellation
If you have placed your online order but the product has not been shipped, you can cancel it by sending a cancellation email to sales@vivahellas.com with your order details.
If the product has already been shipped, you can still cancel the order by contacting us via email at sales@vivahellas.com with your order details. In this case, you will have to bear the cost of shipping and return of the order.
