Payment Methods - Delivery - Shipping Costs

- Shipments are made through a courier company, which delivers to the postal address provided by the customer during their order at www.vivahellas.com. If the package arrives at its destination open, tampered with, or damaged, the customer has the right to refuse receipt and payment.

Withdrawal / Return - Product Replacement
You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement:

a) in all cases where products were sold erroneously or were of poor and defective quality due to the proven fault of www.vivahellas.com (errors in order processing, pricing, shipping, damage during transport, poor packaging).

b) in all cases where there is proven problem or defect in the product.

c) if you change your mind within 14 calendar days. The return must be in its original packaging and unused.

In all these cases, the customer has the option either to initially refuse receipt of the product or, after receiving it, to return the product within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery after contacting the website www.vivahellas.com, stating the problem, and reaching an agreement for the return.

In any case, products must be returned in excellent condition, in the state they were received by the customer, complete, without damage, with the product packaging being that which normally accompanies the product. In this case, only the direct cost of returning the products is borne by you. If the defective products are not returned within 20 calendar days, then www.vivahellas.com may not accept any return or replacement. Prior to any return, it is recommended to communicate with the online store www.vivahellas.com.

Order Cancellation
If you have placed your online order but the product has not been shipped, you can cancel it by sending a cancellation email to sales@vivahellas.com with your order details.

If the product has been shipped, you can still cancel the order by contacting us via email at sales@vivahellas.com with your order details. In this case, you will have to bear the shipping and return costs of the order.
